ORH is sensitive to the cost of fertility treatment and variability of insurance coverage. We have designed our program to keep our costs competitive and to help you maximize your insurance benefits. Your insurance information must be submitted prior to the first visit we will contact your insurance company and obtain as much information about your coverage and limitations as possible.

We deal ethically and honestly with every insurance provider and with every service claim we file. We will only submit for services rendered, as they are rendered, with the appropriate diagnosis.

We now have an exciting array of innovative pricing options available to make sure that you can pursue your goal of completing or pursuing a family, and obtain peace of mind from both a medical and financial standpoint. For more information on our Peace of Mind Programs.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards for all payments, including our Peace of Mind programs.

All patients must schedule a financial consult with our financial counselors prior to starting treatment. One of our goals is to make sure patients are fully informed about cost and therapy options. We also encourage you to take an active role in understanding your insurance benefits and coverage prior to beginning any fertility testing or treatment.

Patient Financing Options:

We want to make access to care as simple and stress-free as possible. Overlake Reproductive Health has 3 financing options to assist patients in managing the cost of fertility services. Two of these services U.S. Bank Financing and CosmetiCredit  are for patients from the United States. Medicard is for our Canadian patients. The financial services work in different ways.
